Collaboration: Yuni Chung with Shuntaro Yoshida

The workshop was led by Yuni Chung and Shuntaro Yoshida and included a food performance, inviting participants to explore ecological knowledge through embodied, collective practices. 

Yuni led a caring food practice, while Shuntaro Yoshida gave a lecture on Carob Dance, exploring the carob as both a food and an ecological presence in the Maltese Islands. Together, they prepared the tablecloth and ingredients, inviting participants to navigate gestures through food-making and shared eating. The workshop culminated in a collective embodied practice, during which participants prepared and shared fresh summer rolls as a way of experiencing care, ecology, and relational knowledge through movement and food.
